Life is simply more meaningful when you’re walking it with a happy, grounded dog.
I’m Sadie Beshears, founder of Wild Alchemy Training. I’ve worked with thousands of pets throughout my career, and what they’ve taught me is simple: the goal isn’t perfection. It’s understanding.
My approach is rooted in how dogs actually think, learn, and communicate. Instead of training for robotic obedience, I help people develop clear communication, practical skills, confidence, and trust that carry into everyday life.
Whether your version of a good life together looks like patio coffees, mountain adventures, traveling, exploring town, or simply a peaceful evening at home, that’s what we train for. I want you to have the skills and confidence to experience more of life with your dog beside you.
My own dogs remain some of my greatest teachers. They’ve challenged me, humbled me, and reinforced again and again that every dog is an individual. Wild Alchemy grew from that understanding into more than a training program—it became a community for people who want to live with their dogs, not simply manage them.
I’m also the founder of Unleashed Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to keeping people and their pets together through times of crisis. While the work looks different, both missions come back to the same belief: the relationships we share with our animals are worth investing in and protecting.

I founded Unleashed Hope to help keep people and their pets connected through times of crisis. Through temporary foster care, veterinary support, supplies, and community resources, Unleashed Hope works to protect relationships that might otherwise be lost during some of life's hardest moments.
