Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Wild Alchemy Training Co., and, or Sadie Beshears, including but not limited to private sessions, session packages, and courses.

 

1. Private Sessions

   • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

   • Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are considered a forfeiture of that session and are non-refundable.

2. Private Session Packages

   • Session packages are sold at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed.

   • All sessions included in a package must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Courses and Group Programs

   • Course tuition is non-refundable once registration is complete.

   • If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another participant or request to defer their enrollment to a future course, subject to availability, within six (6) months of the original start date.

4. Trainer Cancellations

   • In the event Wild Alchemy Training Co. cancels a session, package, or course, clients will be offered either a rescheduled date.

5. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

   • At the sole discretion of Wild Alchemy Training Co., refunds or credits may be granted in cases of verified medical emergencies for either the handler or the dog. Documentation may be required.

6. Request Procedure

   • All requests for refunds, credits, or reschedules must be submitted in writing to wildalchemytrainingco@gmail.com​​

7. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
